Global subscription billing solutions provider Cleverbridge seeks a human resources specialist in Chicago.
The specialist will be responsible for managing the recruiting process, coordinating the candidate experience, verifying employees identity and authorization to work, maintaining records, conducting exit interviews, overseeing the performance management process, responding to HR issues, completing HR administrative duties, compiling reports, assisting with special projects, and ensuring employment practices comply with regulations and laws.
Prospective applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least three years of HR experience with a focus in recruiting; experience working with ATS systems; strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and knowledge of relevant employment policies, practices, procedures and laws.
They must also have the ability to work with limited direction and handle confidential information.
