Toyota Tsusho America needs a human resources specialist in Blue Springs, Mississippi.

Duties of the full-time position include maintaining accurate job descriptions, recruiting employees, facilitating the hiring of new employees, facilitating employee orientations and training, coordinating the communication of benefits and compensation information, serving as a payroll contact, advising on employee relations issues, and ensuring  compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Prospective candidates must possess education in business, HR, industrial/organizational psychology or organizational development; at least two years’ HR experience; strong communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills; proficiency with the internet; and the ability to use Microsoft Office products and employee services applications.

Preferred qualifications include PHR/SPHR certification.
