HR representative needed at business services provider in Michigan

Cintas, which provides supplies and services to businesses around the globe, is hiring a human resources representative in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Among the responsibilities of the full-time representative will be recruiting employees, managing turnover, ensuring positive employee relations, and administering benefits and payroll.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, and working knowledge of HR policies and laws such as affirmative action and FMLA. Preferred qualifications include a four-year college degree in a HR related field or equivalent work experience, valid driver’s license, at least one year of experience in the HR generalist field, and prior HR experience in a similar industrial environment.
