Technology and services supplier Bosch Group seeks a human resources partner in Broadview, Illinois.
Duties of the full-time position include interpreting and enforcing company policies, serving as a liaison between the recruiting provider and managers, onboarding associates, developing HR strategies, ensuring a positive employee relations culture, conducting exit interviews, and providing support on key HR processes such as associate development and performance management.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; at least five years of progressive HR generalist experience, including recruitment; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Applicants should be able to handle and prioritize multiple projects, and work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of SAP business system.
