Duties of the position include developing recruitment strategies, interviewing and selecting qualified job candidates, developing and conducting new employee orientation programs, administering compensation and benefit programs, conducting exit interviews, managing employee relation issues, coaching HR support staff, interpreting HR policies and practices, and ensuring employment practices are in compliance with governmental regulations and laws.
