HR manager needed at luxury hotel in Illinois

Hotel Arista at CityGate Centre in Naperville, Illinois is seeking a full-time human resources manager.
Duties of the position include creating and updating job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, interviewing potential employees, administering assessment tests, communicating job offers, facilitating orientation for new employees, assuring in training programs development, maintaining files, assisting with benefits enrollment and administration, coordinating employee recognition programs, assisting will internal transfer requests, coordinating performance evaluation reviews, scheduling safety meetings, responding to HR-related questions, attending job fairs, and ensuring compliance with employment practices and laws.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS systems and web-based posting applications; strong communication and organizational skills; and knowledge across various HR areas including recruitment, benefits administration, training and employee relations.
Preferred qualifications include SPHR certification and five years of HR experience in the hospitality field.
