Aesthetic laser manufacturer Cynosure is looking for a full-time human resources manager in Chicago.
Among the duties of the HR manager are posting open positions to job boards, updating job descriptions, conducting orientations for new employees, informing employees of benefit information, maintaining records, overseeing the performance management process, conducting exit interviews, managing employee engagement programs, administering the annual compensation and bonus program, developing HR department goals and attending staff meetings.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and one to two years’ progressive HR experience, or a master’s degree in HR management and two years HR experience, or seven years HR experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
Applicants must also possess proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, presentation and project management skills; the ability to multi-task; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include SHRM certification and experience working with payroll software such as TriNet and Paylocity.
