Aon, a provider of risk, reinsurance and human resources products and services, is looking to hire a senior director of HR information technology in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
The director will be responsible for leading the company’s long-term strategic technology direction, evaluating designs and architectures, coaching team members on best practices, organizing support models for new applications, interacting with clients and vendors, and staying up-to-date on technologies that may benefit the company.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent years of industry experience; 15 years of technical experience; strong communication, analytical, consulting, project management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; and knowledge of technology objectives.
Applicants should also be able to multi-task, as well as travel both internationally and domestically. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree.
