KapStone Paper and Packaging Corp. seeks a human resources generalist in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Duties of the position include ensuring staffing needs are met, conducting new hire orientations, championing the rollout of HR programs, assisting with the administration of engagement surveys, ensuring the proper administration of performance management, and interpreting policies and procedures.

Prospective candidates must possess one to two years HR generalist experience; strong communication, organizational and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise management software programs; and knowledge of company policies, and labor regulations.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a HR-related field or equivalent work experience and PHR/SPHR certification.
