Duties of the position include preparing and evaluating job descriptions, coordinating the recruitment and selection processes, determining pay grades, conducting new employee orientation, assisting with the performance evaluation process, implementing organizational change initiatives, communicating HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or related field; at least one year of relevant experience; a valid driver’s license; strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include professional certification.
