Call center management and collection agency services outsourcing provider GC Services seeks a human resources generalist in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Duties of the position include performing interviews, conducting new hire orientation, administering company benefit programs, assisting with payroll, tracking employee attendance, assisting with performance management, interpreting HR policies and procedures, and responding to inquiries from employees.
Prospective candidates must possess an associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience; at least two years HR experience; strong communication, organizational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills; the ability to type quickly and accurately; and knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, as well as knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Preferred qualifications include three to five years of HR experience.
