Crossover, which connects the world’s best talent with companies around the globe, is looking for a human resources generalist.

Duties of the remote position include coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, conducting reference checks, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed, keeping employee records up-to-date, administering the U.S. based payroll, assisting with the maintenance of a budget spreadsheet, addressing employment relations issues, and explaining HR laws, policies, procedures, and standards to employees.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of HR experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and knowledge of office administration procedures. Applicants must also be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
