HR generalist needed at global health care company in Illinois

Fresenius Kabi, a global health care company that provides medicines and medical devices for critically and chronically ill patients, is hiring a human resources generalist in Melrose Park, Illinois.
The generalist will be responsible for generating job postings, interviewing potential new employees, extending employment offers, conducting orientation for new employees, coordinating temporary staffing needs, conducting exit interviews, handling employee relations issues, and conducting investigative interviews following employee complaints of situations such as discrimination.
Prospective candidates must posses a college degree ina related field, at least three years of strong HR generalist experience within a small HR environment, previous recruitment experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Windows applications, working knowledge of HRIS systems, and strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws. Preferred qualifications include a working knowledge of ADP’s HR Perspective.
