Global food service equipment manufacturer Prince Castle needs a human resources generalist in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Duties of the position include managing the full recruitment function, coordinating the new hire employment process, facilitating training and development programs, developing and administering the employee benefits program, coordinating the performance review process, managing employee and HR records, supporting employee health and safety programs, implementing HR policies and procedures, and preparing reports.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, business management or related field; at three years HR experience; HRIS experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Suite; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; the ability to multi-task and handle confidential information; and knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Preferred qualifications include HR experience within a manufacturing environment, and experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll.
