Arizona Snowbowl, a ski resort in Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking a full-time human resources generalist.
The generalist will be tasked with supporting managers on all HR matters, including benefits, compensation and recruitment. Other duties include supervising seasonal HR staff, handling employee onboarding, organizing employee and volunteer hiring fairs, managing employee communication, keeping job postings up-to-date and ensuring compliance with employment laws on the local, state and federal level.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of HR experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, strong communication skills, general knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to handle confidential information. Applicants must also be able to work weekends and holidays during the ski and peak summer seasons.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of basic website design and Ultipro HR management software.
