Aerospace and defense products supplier United Technologies Corp. Aerospace Systems seeks a human resources generalist manager in Burnsville, Minnesota.

The person in the full-time position will be responsible for implementing HR programs and initiatives, providing performance management guidance, assisting with the development of change management strategies, dealing with employee relations issues, advising on compensation actions, and offering expertise on HR-related topics.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; experience in a manufacturing environment; experience with Microsoft Office and multiple HR systems; and strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, more than five years of experience, PHR/SPHR certification, and experience in continuous improvement within HR process.
