Multinational proprietary securities trading firm Optiver seeks a human resources coordinator in Chicago.
Duties of the position include coordinating employee on-boarding processes, assisting with benefit administration, coordinating employee transfer process, maintaining employee files, administering employee recognition program, responding to employer inquiries, and assisting with ad hoc HR projects.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least three years HR experience; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Office Suite and Success Factors.
