Duties of the position include attracting and screening potential employees, ensuring pre-employment verifications are complete, hiring and orientating new employees, ensuring new employee paperwork is filed, and maintaining employee records.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of on-boarding and recruitment experience; a five-year driving history; competency with Microsoft Office; strong communication and multi-tasking skills; and the ability to occasionally travel to Chicago and Iowa programs.
Preferred qualifications include a college degree, experience with applicant tracking software and online recruitment strategies, and knowledge of employment laws.
