Lubricant distributor PetroChoice seeks a human resources coordinator in Elgin, Illinois.
The coordinator will be responsible for writing and posting job descriptions, implementing recruiting strategies, interviewing potential employees, conducting new employee orientations, maintaining files, attending job fairs and assisting with special projects.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; at least one year of related experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, organizational and time management skills; and a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of recruiting experience or experience in a related HR support role, and solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
