Willis Towers Watson, a global human resources consultant, is seeking a business analyst specializing in health and welfare.
In this role, you will consult with assigned clients, assess needs and advise software developers on how to create business applications that meet customer needs. Working alone and with a team, you’ll also be involved in testing the applications and creating instructions for their use.
Besides keen data and analytical skills, you’ll use your interpersonal ability to manage relationships, conduct meetings, meet deadlines and support project managers.
To be successful, you’ll need at least three (preferably five) years’ experience in systems analysis. SQL database skills are a must.
