Josh Conklin was recently named president and chief revenue officer at human resources consulting firm NICG.

Conklin has more than 15 years of leadership experience. He previously served as senior vice president of sales and channels at CoAdvantage. He has also held numerous roles at ADP, including area vice president of major accounts.
