Debt relief services company Strategic Financial Solutions is hiring a human resources business partner in New York.
The full-time business partner will be responsible for implementing company-wide HR policies and practices, offering input into company-wide HR initiatives, facilitating leadership development and talent retention efforts, dealing with employee relations issues, assessing the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and assisting with specialized HR areas.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least five years of HR experience in a generalist capacity; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with online recruiting tools; and in-depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ADP Workforce.
Applicants should also be able to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment.
