HR management software and services provider ADP is looking for a human resources business partner within its centralized investigations department in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Duties of the position include investigating client worksite employee complaints, documenting investigative plans, conducting interviews and gathering witnesses to obtain information, preparing investigate reports, and making resolution recommendations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least four years of HR experience, mainly in investigations; PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP certification; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills; the ability to handle confidential information; and working knowledge of employment and HR laws, practices and policies.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in a relevant field and experience with account/client management.
