Air medical transport provider Air Methods is looking to hire a human resources business partner in San Bernadino, California.
Duties of the full-time position include defining a recruiting process to identity top quality candidates, managing the new employee on-boarding process, providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, evaluating training programs, resolving employee relations issues, representing the company in grievance cases, providing guidance and interpretation of HR policies, and analyzing HR trends and metrics.
Prospective candidates must posses a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency with Microsoft Suite; strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, client management, business literacy, consulting, and conflict management skills; and working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including state and federal employment laws.
Preferred qualifications include PHR/SPHR certification.
