Health care company Mednax needs a human resources specialist in Sunrise, Florida.
Duties of the full-time position include assisting with the annual benefits open enrollment, updating payroll, developing strong working relationships with vendors, processing 401(k) status changes, performing benefit gap analyses, and responding to employee inquires.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least two years benefits administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; the ability to travel to conduct onsite employee benefit orientation meetings; and strong knowledge of benefit programs.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with matrix absence management services.
