Ingredient solutions provider Ingredion seeks a human resources assistant in Bedford Park, Illinois.
The assistant will be responsible for posting jobs, scheduling interviews with potential employees, ensuring onboarding materials and paperwork is properly aligned and communicated, maintaining files, providing training program and talent review analytics, executing plant HR events, assisting with corporate employee programs, participating in special projects, and responding to routine employee requests for HR information.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations or business; proficiency in Microsoft programs; strong communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills; and a service orientation.
Preferred qualifications include HR internship experience, experience with HRIS systems, and the ability to relocate in the future.
