The person in this position will be responsible for working across a number of areas including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, workers’ compensation, leave of absence management, and employee relations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; at least three years of related experience; strong social media, software/tech and web skills; experience with HRIS, payroll and ATS; strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include applicable experience in publishing/media/hi-tech and experience with ABRA HRMS, ADP and CyberRecruiter.
