Janet Hogan has been named vice president of human resources at Hormel Foods.
The global food company sells a wide variety of products under many brands including Applegate, SKIPPY, SPAM and Hormel Natural Choice.
Hogan has more than two decades of HR experience, including serving as executive vice president and chief HR officer at OshKosh Corp. and senior vice president of human resources at ProQuest. She has also held numerous HR positions at Monsanto Co. and has been vice president of HR at Harsco Corp.

In her new role, Hogan will lead Hormel Food’s global HR function which entail creating and implementing strategies for employee engagement, talent development, labor relations and total rewards.
