Software-industrial company Honeywell is looking for a senior human resources generalist in Houston.

The generalist will be tasked with developing and implementing HR strategies, leading HR core processes, providing a broad range of HR support actions, improving HR practices, driving the coordination and completion of the management resource review, and transforming the HR service delivery model.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field and at least three years of relevant HR experience.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in HR, business or related field; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, project management, team building, facilitation and consulting skills; and the ability to multi-task and handle confidential information.
