Home care services provider seeks HR benefits specialist

Premier Healthcare Services seeks a human resources benefits specialist at its corporate office in Los Angeles.
Duties of the full-time position include informing employees about health insurance benefits, assisting with open enrollment, overseeing the maintenance of employee benefit files, educating company staff on leaves of absences, monitoring and assessing rehabilitation efforts, reviewing work-related accident reports, coordinating safety and wellness programs, and helping to gather information needed for claims.
Prospective candidates must posses a bachelor’s degree in HR/organization development, business or related field; at least two years’ experience in HR; and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. They should also be able to take initiative with tasks, solve problems in a timely manner and handle confidential information.
