Hollander Sleep Products needs a director of human resources operations in Boca Raton, Florida.
Duties of the full-time position include assisting with recruitment and interviews, managing the hiring process, implementing retention programs, assisting with the development of HR managers, providing training on HR topics, coaching on performance management reviews, maintaining associate records, conducting HR audits, advising on employee relations issues, conducting wage surveys, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
Prospective candidates must possess 10 plus years of HR experience; two years management experience; strong developmental and training experience; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, technical, project management, leadership, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred applicants are bilingual and have a bachelor’s degree.
