Health care cost containment solutions provider HMS Holdings is hiring a benefits administrator in Irving, Texas.

Duties of the position include processing and maintaining compensation and benefits documentation, explaining HR practices and policies, recording employee data in HRIS, assisting with HR programs management, and answering inquires.

Prospective candidates must possess an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; at least one year of administrative experience; proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word; communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; and the manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and office machines.

Applicants must also be able to travel at least 10 percent of time and work extended hours if needed.
