Associa, a company that focuses on community management and with over 180 branches and 10,000 employees worldwide, is looking for a full-time HR generalist in the Dallas office. 

Working under the regional HR director, the new hire will assist managers in making crucial HR- and recruitment-related decisions. The successful applicant will also be in-charge of managing the entire recruitment process and providing support for new HR policies, practices, and regulations. He or she will be responsible for building an effective sourcing network to fill all requisitions and for reducing employee turnover and expediting the recruitment procedure. 

Interested applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least one year of experience in full-cycle recruiting. 

Knowledge in Microsoft Office is also a must, as well as maintaining confidentiality and dignity in work at all times and implementing effective time management skills.
