The Penn State Hershey Medical Center, in
Hershey, Pennsylvania, is seeking a human resources solutions center
representative to fill a full-time position providing customer care and
service on inquiries relating to human resources functions.
The position is open to candidates with a
bachelor’s degree in human resources or those who hold a bachelor’s degree in
another field but who have at least six months of human resources experience.
Applicants should be proficient in PC desktop tools and intranet technology and
have excellent customer service, communications and problem-solving skills. Candidates
for the position should also be attentive listeners and able to employ
questions, problem solving and issue escalation to the queries they receive.
The medical center is seeking to fill the position with a proactive, service-minded
individual who will fulfil the role with attention to detail.
Candidates who have experience in call
centers and knowledge of call tracking software are preferred.
The position entails serving as a resource
for Penn State Hershey Medical Center employees by giving them timely,
efficient and quality answers to their human resources-related questions. The
successful candidate will be called upon to provide solutions, interpretations
and guidance on the center’s human resources, benefits and compensation
policies and systems.
