Duties of the position include assisting talent acquisition with information on internal candidates, conducting new hire orientation, managing the new hire on-boarding process, building relationships with staffing vendors, managing leaves of absence, coordinating employee events, assisting with personnel problems, responding to HR inquiries, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field, or equivalent experience, and two plus years of HR experience.
Preferred qualifications include recruiting experience and PHR certification.
