The 358-guest room facility operates retail and grocery establishments proximate to the park, creating a large work pool. Delaware North wants to find a candidate with recruiting experience; an “analytical thinker” to navigate everyday tasks for this hospitality company; someone who speaks Spanish and English comfortably in front of large groups.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is dedicated to superior service. The assistant will provide administrative support to the HR director. He/she will screen applicants, interview and hire using the PeopleSoft Oracle platform.
