Global Upside has launched Mihi, which is an SaaS software for companies that have a global workforce and need help in the areas of time and attendance, leave management and benefits administration.
The new platform will be responsible for helping HR in more than 100 countries.
Mihi is capable of automating payroll data collection, record keeping, as well as other operations such as policies, wages and benefits, and is currently ready for use in over 40 countries.
“Employees get an efficient user-friendly system that helps them simplify day-to-day tasks like tracking leaves or filing expenses while management gets accurate visibility into global workforce data and improved compliance,” Ragu Bhargava, CEO of Mihi and Global Upside, said.Â
Launched in October 2016, Mihi is available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, German and French and offers personalization based on the country of usage in regards to insurance and benefits management.
