solutions provider cleverbridge AG is seeking a human resources specialist
for its Chicago office.
The position has a focus on the company’s
recruitment function in the U.S.
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree and three
to five years of experience in human resources, with a particular focus in
recruitment, are invited to apply for the position. Candidates should be
proactive and able to work effectively with limited direction. They must have a
working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, policies and procedures
and experience with ATS systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required,
particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, as are effective
communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing the recruitment in the U.S., covering the full
life-cycle of the process and coordinating the onboarding experience for those
who are hired. The position also entails ensuring compliance with relevant employment
laws and internal policies.
The human resources specialist will also perform
some human resources administrative duties and manage cleverbridge’s internal
LMS, cleverbridge Academy.
The applicant chosen for this position will
generally be responsible for responding to human resources issues and
administering policies and procedures, as well as conducting exit interviews
and overseeing and administering performance management processes.
