Glint, a success platform focused on making employees happier and more engaged, is increasing its operations with the new Team Effectiveness program.

Glint realized that many times employees do not necessarily work well with co-workers, and their new Team Effectiveness system will factor in trust, inclusion and collaboration, which are part of any team project.

“Today’s organizations increasingly rely on networks of teams-often cross-functional, fluid, and transient-to drive organizational performance,” Glint CEO Jim Barnett said. “As a result, we need to empower every team with the tools and insight they need to perform at the level of your best teams.”

The new program will present employees with a big-picture perspective on how to communicate, make rational decisions and increase collaborative efforts to improve productivity. Glint’s Engagement & Experience programs combined with Team Effectiveness strive to provide workplaces and employees with steps for success.

The program uses pulse survey questions to learn more about the team and what can result through improved collaboration. After the survey is completed, the team will be given steps on what they should do to improve camaraderie and increase the success of the team.

“This new program will help teams be more successful by increasing shared trust and purpose, better leveraging one another’s strengths, and identifying areas that need to be improved,” Sara Weiner, principal OD science consultant at Glint, said.
