The GEX Management Board of Directors recently voted to separate the company’s CEO and presidential roles.

This left Carl Dorvilto as the CEO and Chelsea Christopherson elected as president and chief operations officer of the “comprehensive, back office services company”.

The need for this decision was recognized several months ago because of “client growth…and the potential partnerships,” as Chief Financial Officer Clayton Carter said.

Dorvil said this is an opportunity to “further develop strategic partnerships and leverage key opportunities for the purpose of increasing shareholder value.” He also welcomed the choice of Christopherson as president because of her “proven track record of leadership, execution and commitment over the course of many years within the company.”

GEX Management specializes in providing solutions and services for HR, payroll, risk and compliance, and executive consulting. To find out more, visit their website
