Supply chain operator Geodis is seeking a full-time human resources generalist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Duties of the position include managing recruiting activities, conducting new employee orientations, leading training on HR-related topics, managing leave of absence programs, facilitating employee engagement meetings, answering unemployment claims, advising on employee relations issues, and responding to employee inquiries.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office products; strong communication, presentation, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; and knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
