Gen II Fund Services LLC has named four team members to managing director positions for the independent New York-based private equity fund administrator.
Amber Koiner, Kevin
Mahnken, Elise Silverman and Peter Rosenstein were promoted from positions within the company.
“We are delighted to make this announcement,” Gen II’s Managing Principal Steven Miller said. “These promotions reflect our commitment to reinvesting in our core asset — our people.”
Koiner will supervise the team that provides Gen II’s administration services, including corporate accounting and financial reporting functions for a full range of management companies.
In his role as managing director, Mahneken will work directly with Gen II’s fund clients, who include managers of some of the world’s largest private-equity assets.
As managing director of human resources, Silverman will recruit, train, retain and develop Gen II’s team members.
In his role of overseeing operations, Rosenstein will streamline processes to maximize the efficiency of services provided to Gen II clients.
