Alicia Gambrell has been hired as vice president of education and innovation at iAM HCM Consulting.

“iAM HCM delivers best-in-class services for Oracle human capital management customers, and I am excited to join the team and for the opportunity to help grow iAM’s education offerings and product innovations,” Gambrell said. “I am thrilled to be able to continue to support and work with the Oracle HCM customer community.”

Gambrell, who has more than two decades of HCM industry experience, has held many Oracle support roles across the areas of product management, partner alliances, and client and support services. In her most recent role as senior principal product manager for JD Edwards HMC at Oracle, she managed strategy, research, planning and execution throughout the product development lifecycle.

“JDE Edwards HCM Clients have expressed a need for more in-depth and meaningful education that not only addresses advanced functionality and business processes, but strategic planning, taking into consideration what clients already own,” iAM founder and CEO Tammy Castro said. “With Alicia on-board, we aim to fill these gaps. Plans are underway to solve key system challenges like integrations, mobile apps, and workflow, and Alicia’s involvement will add tremendous value.”
