Paycom Software recently appointed Janet Haugen, former chief financial officer of information technology company Unisys Corp., to its board of directors.
“Haugen brings an effective and strategic finance background to our board,” Paycom President and CEO Chad Richison said. “I believe her proven track record will serve us well and I look forward to working alongside her. Haugen worked for 20 years at Unisys in various roles such as acting CEO and corporate controller.”
She previously served as a partner at professional services firm Ernst & Young and as the audit committee chair for software provider SunGard Data Systems.
Haugen received the “Breaking the Glass Ceiling Award” from the American Red Cross of Pennsylvania in 2014.
Paycom is an Oklahoma City-based vendor of payroll and human resources technology.
