Duties of the full-time position include coordinating job listings, responding to applicant inquires, reporting the results of pre-employment drug screens, reviewing employee files, monitoring expiring work eligibility for foreign nationals, administering the transfer approval process, providing HR assistance, and assisting with audits.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of general clerical experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, multi-tasking and customer service skills; the ability to work independently or as a team member; and the ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include experience in HR, experience with HRIS software, and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
