Experian has been named a top workplace by the Orange County Register, marking the fifth time the company has received the honor which is based on employee surveys from hundreds of Orange County companies.

“We are honored to again be recognized as one of the top places to work in Orange County,” Experian North America CEO Craig Boundy said in a press release. “We do our best to provide a workplace that gives our employees a sense of purpose. At the center of this purpose is a consumer-first philosophy. Our employees know that we are opening doors of opportunity for consumers and businesses.”

Boundy said Experian believes in a culture of collaboration that allows employees to constantly innovate.

“For example, our cross-functional teams are finding different ways to make access to credit faster and simpler for millions around the world,” he said.

Experian, a global information services company, has over 16,000 employees operating throughout 37 countries.

“How we work is as important as what we do,” Experian North America chief human resources officer Justin Hastings said in the company’s press release. “Whether it’s volunteering in the community, celebrating our diversity or simply enjoying our time together, Experian is a place where we draw on our collective strength, and this truly makes us a top workplace.”
