The Environmental Systems Research Institute (Esri), a global supplier for geographic information system software and management applications, seeks a full-time benefits coordinator to provide daily administrative support, customer service, planning and communications.

The benefits coordinator will work with multiple facets across the company to enhance employee and business programs, plan events, team up with payroll, problem-solve benefit questions and ensure regulatory compliance. He or she will help implement modifications in alignment with company goals and convey benefit information to staff.

A bachelor’s degree and one to three years of HR benefits experience are required, along with outstanding emotional intelligence and critical thinking. HRIS background in SAP/Oracle or SuccessFactors is preferred along with PHR or SPHR certification.

Applicants should have proven records of successful time management, attention to detail and planning. Strong customer service skills, high motivation and the capacity to anticipate needs are preferred as well as the ability to preserve confidentiality.

Fluent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are a plus. Esri is an equal opportunity employer.
