Car rental company Enterprise Holdings is looking to hire a benefits project specialist to work at its Clayton, Missouri corporate headquarters.

Duties of the position include providing recommendations for benefit plans enhancements, monitoring industry-related topics affecting benefit regulations, conducting research on vendors, providing project management assistance, developing and leading benefits HR/projects, and ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least five years employee benefits administration experience; strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, time management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills; the ability to work independently; and the ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred qualifications include global benefits and project management experience.
