Power management company Eaton is looking for a senior human resources generalist to work at its facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Duties of the full-time include coordinating the recruitment and selection process, administering employee benefits, coordinating training and development activities, deploying performance management systems, maintaining HR data, driving employee communication efforts, dealing with workplace issues, and representing the facility in community activities.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of HR experience, and the ability to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in HR, previous experience working in a manufacturing setting, PHR or SPHR certification, knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
