Duke Raleigh Hospital is looking for a full-time human resources generalist.

Duties of the position include implementing HR programs, interpreting HR policies and procedures, responding to employee issues, and researching HR trends.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; two years of administrative, business and/or supervisory experience with exposure to supervisory or HR policies and practices related to employee relations, or a master’s degree in a related field; and strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications include five years of HR work experience and PHR/SPHR certification.
